SillageSEE-YAZH

Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE]. This policy explains how Sillage collects and uses personal data when you contact us or book a diagnostic visit. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR (we work with a team member based in Thessaloniki, Greece).

1. Who we are (the data controller)

The controller of your personal data is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [registered address]. You can contact us about privacy at info@seeyazh.com. Replace this entity name, address and email with your real details before launch.

2. What data we collect

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to [12 months] after last contact, and records relating to a paid engagement for as long as required for tax and accounting law (typically 6 years in the UK). Confirm these retention periods with your accountant and adjust.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (for example an email or booking provider), each under a data-processing agreement, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your data. If any provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@seeyazh.com.

7. Complaints

If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. If you are in the EU you can complain to your local supervisory authority; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), dpa.gr.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no reCAPTCHA, which is why no cookie banner appears.

The contact form submits to our own server. It does not set a cookie and it does not involve a third-party form service. What you send is emailed to us and is also written to an encrypted backup file on that server, so a mail failure cannot lose your enquiry. Both copies are covered by the retention period in section 4.
